Potassium is important for heart health and circulation, which means increased blood flow through your body – keeps you feeling good! Low potassium levels can contribute to infertility, so consider adding this healthy snack to your diet and increase your chances of a little one. Avocados are a fruit, but not high in sugar. They are high in HEALTHY fats – fats that are good for your heart. Also, they are easy for your baby to eat and offer your baby valuable nutrients!

You can do so many things with avocados – they make a great spread or addition to any sandwich, simply add them to your cheese and crackers, and even try replacing mayo with avocado in dishes.
